Lifetime Eye Care has been proudly serving Charleston, Mattoon, and the surrounding communities for nearly four decades. Founded by Dr. Mark Esarey in 1987, our practice has grown from a single office into a comprehensive eye care center dedicated to providing exceptional vision and eye health services for patients of all ages. 

Over the years, the practice has continued to evolve while remaining true to its founding philosophy: combining advanced technology with personalized, compassionate care. Dr. Darcy Duzan joined the practice in 2006, followed by Dr. Derek Hennig in 2017. Together, our doctors bring a wide range of expertise while sharing a commitment to treating every patient like family.
